Lawyer – Insurance Law, Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage legal mandates independently both in and out of court.

• Concentrate mainly on insurance law and/or employment law.

• Prepare pleadings and legal opinions.

• Engage in communication with clients, insurers, authorities, and opposing legal counsel.

• Attend court sessions as required.

• Oversee assigned cases independently and assume full responsibility for them.

• Explore additional legal areas and cultivate your own areas of expertise, if desired.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be admitted to practice law in Germany.

• Should have an independent and dependable working style.

• Enjoyment in independently managing legal mandates is essential.

• Exceptional written communication skills along with strong legal argumentation capabilities.

• An interest in digital workflows is preferred.

• Willingness to learn and tackle new legal issues is necessary.

• Professional experience in insurance law or employment law is beneficial, but not mandatory.
