Civil Legal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee the electronic signature process for contracts and legal documents using an e-signature platform, which includes sending documents, managing signers, tracking outstanding actions, and archiving.

• Assist internal departments in utilizing the electronic signature platform, ensuring compliance with the approval and signing processes.

• Review and draft standard contracts, pinpointing risks and opportunities for enhancement.

• Monitor and manage contracts, ensuring adherence to deadlines, obligations, and agreed-upon terms.

• Conduct research and analyze legislation, case law, and legal doctrines relevant to the company's requirements.

• Prepare and maintain current controls, reports, and KPIs related to the demands of the Legal Department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Law.

• Familiarity with Civil and Corporate Law.

• Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts.

• Background in monitoring judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

• Strong capability to research and interpret legislation and case law.

• Reside in proximity to the Esteio, RS area.
