Launch Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide new practices through Dandy’s onboarding process.

• Facilitate virtual and on-site training sessions customized for each practice.

• Exhibit best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Provide practical coaching during live training sessions.

• Foster clinical trust, confidence, and early adoption.

• Take ownership of each launch, ensuring all key milestones are met from day one.

• Advise practices post-launch on workflows and address adoption challenges.

• Monitor scan quality and offer constructive feedback.

• Identify gaps in product usage and perform targeted follow-ups.

• Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and guarantee order success.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to enhance the customer experience.

• Acknowledge early achievements and celebrate the progress of practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies within a practice setting (iTero or Trios preferred).

• Practical knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.

• Exceptional teaching and facilitation abilities.

• Clear and confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport remotely.

• Highly organized and accountable, with a proven history of managing outcomes and follow-through.

• Quick learner, technologically adept, and flexible in dynamic environments.

• Capable of managing multiple training sessions, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Persuasive and supportive coaching abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for in-practice training and support.
