Landscape Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide landscape design for upscale hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.

• Assist in concept creation alongside the Landscape Lead, focusing on vision, spatial strategy, and user experience.

• Convert concepts into practical, climate-responsive solutions across various scales.

• Create layouts that incorporate hardscape, softscape, circulation, and outdoor functionalities.

• Develop planting plans, palettes, and specifications customized to site conditions.

• Design hardscape systems, including paving materials and technical build-up details.

• Prepare grading, drainage coordination, and technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.

• Design planters, soil systems, and outline planting requirements.

• Progress projects from initial concept to detailed design.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, AOR, and CGI teams.

• Provide support during the construction phase with site responses and design modifications.

• Conduct research on materials and planting while staying updated with industry trends.

• Report to the Landscape Lead and work closely with the entire design team and client representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.

• 5–10 years of professional experience, including involvement in international projects.

• Experience in high-end low-rise residential and hospitality sectors (such as villas, hotels, and resorts).

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong background in specifications, materials, and planting design.

• Technical proficiency in hardscape detailing and planting plans/schedules.

• Capability to design for various climates, site conditions, and project scales.

• Demonstrated experience from concept through to construction phases.

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design/visualization software.

• Professional English skills (both written and spoken).

• A portfolio is required.
