This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and organize medical record documentation/charts for healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance of medical records through self-documentation verification.
• Update patient medical histories, physical examinations, and other relevant health data.
• Compile and dispatch documentation to physicians for their review and endorsement, following detailed data entry and facility-specific protocols.
• Track the timeframe of basic lab results and screening processes.
• Adhere to hospital and medical facility policies, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.
• Execute clerical tasks and responsibilities to enhance provider productivity and clinic operations.
• Evaluate, review, and implement applicable criteria.
• Prior experience in a customer service or healthcare-related position is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Desktop or laptop with a minimum i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM.
• Webcam.
• Noise-cancelling headset.
• Internet speed of 30Mbps or higher.
