Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist, DTC E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns for one of our brands utilizing Klaviyo.

• Aid in the establishment of automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance engagement and conversions.

• Collaborate with the senior team to deploy AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance enhancement.

• Oversee and maintain email lists and segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and optimal list performance.

• Support the reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement.

• Help manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution that aligns with brand objectives and promotional timelines.

• Coordinate with design and content teams to guarantee cohesive and engaging campaign outputs.

• Design and create email templates and campaign layouts that adhere to brand guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical email marketing experience, ideally within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

• Required experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign development.

• Required experience with AI tools in marketing (e.g., for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization).

• An analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and implement data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on persuasive, brand-consistent copy.
