This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assisting customers from your own workspace between 08:00 and 23:59 hours

• Providing product advice

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels

• Resolving customer issues and engaging in conversations in a personalized manner

• Monthly team meetings at the office

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess flawless command of both the French and Dutch languages, in both spoken and written form

• Your language proficiency will be assessed through a language test

• Able to remain calm under pressure and manage resistance during conversations

• You live within a maximum travel time of 90 minutes by public transport from Antwerp Berchem

• You must be at least 18 years old on your first day of work

• You will work according to a fixed schedule for the first 4 weeks
