Kitchen/Bath Design Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive kitchen and bathroom remodel designs utilizing 2020 Design software, encompassing cabinet layouts, floor plans, and renderings.

• Analyze jobsite dimensions and modify designs in accordance with client feedback and on-site conditions.

• Solicit and evaluate quotes from suppliers of cabinets, countertops, tiles, and plumbing materials.

• Assess quotes for precision, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Address specification or availability challenges.

• Place orders for cabinets and materials with selected suppliers.

• Confirm order specifications including dimensions, finishes, quantities, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor orders until delivery is completed.

• Collaborate closely with sales, production teams, project managers, and installers.

• Relay updates on order status, delays, or backorder situations.

• Assist in promptly resolving design or material-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of advanced experience with 2020 Design software for kitchen and bathroom design.

• Proven experience in designing kitchen and bathroom renovations.

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to generate renderings for sales purposes.

• In-depth knowledge of cabinets, layouts, countertops, fixtures, vanities, hardware, and remodeling materials.

• Proficient in interpreting measurements, layouts, plans, and elevations.

• Capable of managing multiple projects, quotes, revisions, and orders at once while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities; comfortable liaising directly with suppliers and internal teams.

• Available and willing to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday.

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation feature.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Required tool: 2020 Design software.
