
Keynote Content Producer, Events – Experiences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with the Director of Keynote Strategy and various stakeholders to create impactful keynote experiences.
• Convert approved messaging into engaging presentation, multimedia, and demonstration content.
• Oversee the complete production of keynote content for Autodesk's primary event portfolio.
• Ensure timely delivery of presentations, videos, product demonstrations, customer stories, motion graphics, and supporting assets.
• Foster alignment among Executive Communications, Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, event teams, and agency partners.
• Direct the design of presentations, motion graphics, video production, and manage creative agency collaborations.
• Offer creative insights and oversee production schedules and deliverables.
• Create and sustain integrated workback schedules.
• Recognize and manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and decision-making points.
• Supervise script development, table reads, creative reviews, executive approvals, technical integration, rehearsals, and final show delivery.
• Organize presentation reviews, asset approvals, executive feedback cycles, and version control.
• Assist with rehearsals, presentation integration, technical run-throughs, and on-site content readiness.
• Lead post-event evaluations and debriefs.
• Establish repeatable processes, templates, playbooks, and production best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in live event production, keynote production, creative production, executive presentations, or a related area.
• Capability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving interdependent workstreams and competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in building consensus and influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience in identifying project risks, dependencies, and decision points, and facilitating their resolution.
• Background in collaborating with external creative agencies or production vendors.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering results and maintaining accountability under tight deadlines in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to navigate both strategic and execution levels effectively.
• Collaborative and service-oriented approach.
• Flexibility and open-mindedness in integrating into an established team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule during critical production periods.
• Ability to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
• Preferred: experience in supporting executive keynote presentations for large-scale conferences or corporate events.
• Preferred: experience in managing presentation design, video production, motion graphics, or multimedia content development.
• Preferred: experience in coordinating live product demonstrations or technical presentations.
• Preferred: knowledge of live event production workflows, rehearsal planning, and show integration.
• Preferred: experience in enterprise technology or B2B marketing organizations.
• Preferred: experience in developing scalable production processes, playbooks, or best practices.
