This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and expand a designated portfolio of key technology accounts.
• Facilitate growth across multiple solution offerings and effectively communicate First Advantage’s value proposition within intricate, high-growth technology landscapes.
• Maintain a structured sales process that includes prospecting, building stakeholder relationships, value messaging, and managing closing timelines.
• Enhance growth and profitability for a specific vertical while meeting or surpassing quotas, profit objectives, financial benchmarks, and performance indicators.
• Articulate and reinforce the company’s vision, brand, and strategy to potential clients.
• Foster customer communication, service, and retention by developing and nurturing relationships with top-tier clients.
• Lead discovery sessions by asking insightful questions, addressing resistance proactively, and conveying compelling business cases.
• Build a robust sales pipeline, generate momentum, and anticipate industry demands and opportunities.
• Implement value-selling methodologies through a comprehensive understanding of First Advantage’s product offerings and portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-driven sectors.
• Proven history of negotiating and finalizing new client sales, encompassing contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and SLAs.
• Established success in developing leads, managing pipelines, building relationships, and creating presentation opportunities through a focused, proactive approach.
• Capability to meet quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Experience in gaining access to and establishing credibility within VP-level client organizations.
• Skill in creating urgency, priority, exclusivity, and enthusiasm among prospective customer organizations.
• Proficiency in projecting, tracking, and delivering sales activities across multiple products and services using CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to lead discovery, address objections, and communicate differentiated value propositions effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong relationship-building skills, effective communication, influence, negotiation abilities, and establishment of mutually agreeable expectations.
• Achievement-oriented, organized, analytical, and capable of resolving issues.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, sophisticated, and demanding environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills complemented by an outgoing personality.
• Preferred: entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to flourish in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
