This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• Diagnose, create, and implement account strategies to promote da Vinci systems in partnership with Sales Directors.

• Develop and market advanced clinical pathways to facilitate surgeon adoption of da Vinci technology and enhance patient outcomes.

• Manage and liaise with customers regarding regional pricing, programs, and capital initiatives.

• Oversee the local and regional academic training of residents in targeted IDN accounts, collaborating with clinical, marketing, and training teams.

• Work alongside market access, Government Affairs, and Ecosystem support teams to broaden local and regional access to da Vinci technology.

• Perform clinical and economic value assessments (QTIs) with surgeons and hospitals.

• Formulate and implement regional commercial strategies at both local and national levels.

• Design and execute market-wide strategies across various specialties.

• Deliver executive-level presentations at both local and corporate settings.

• Educate on all facets of the clinical and capital sales process.

• Negotiate sales at both local and group levels.

• Oversee the development and execution of local, regional, and national sales campaigns.

• Cultivate and strengthen key relationships with surgeons and customers.

• Organize weekly and quarterly sales activities to support sales objectives.

• Travel extensively to customer locations and company meetings, typically 2–4 days per week with over 50% travel required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in medical sales.

• Familiarity with major regional and national healthcare organizations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
