This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Discover and cultivate new opportunities while establishing strategic relationships with customers.
• Advocate for a range of specialty chemicals, systems, and OEM service solutions to clients in the semiconductor and IC sectors.
• Direct sales and business development efforts across the Eastern United States.
• Build and sustain connections with semiconductor manufacturers, IC manufacturers, fabs, process engineers, procurement teams, and other essential stakeholders.
• Recognize potential customers and applications where our products and services deliver technical, operational, environmental, or economic benefits.
• Generate new accounts and enhance relationships and sales with current clients.
• Comprehend customer process requirements and collaborate with technical and operations teams to create suitable solutions.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to technical assessment, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline while providing precise forecasts and market insights.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and various events.
• Stay informed about trends in the semiconductor industry, technological advancements, competitive activities, and customer demands.
• Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, operations, and management teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer support.
• Work together to uphold consistent national account strategies and customer engagement.
• Safeguard and enhance customer accounts and partnerships.
• Strategically plan, measure, and monitor sales continuously.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, business, or a related marketing field from an accredited institution.
• 10-15 years of pertinent industry experience.
• Ideally 5 years in a technical sales role.
• Proven professional sales experience in the semiconductor, IC, or related advanced manufacturing industries.
• Demonstrated success in selling technical products, chemicals, equipment, systems, or services to semiconductor/IC clients.
• Existing relationships and a strong reputation within the semiconductor industry are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing new business as well as expanding existing strategic accounts.
• Strong technical skills and the capability to comprehend and communicate complex products and processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with technical and commercial teams.
• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively across the Eastern United States.
• Located in Texas, preferably in the Austin or DFW regions.
• Proficient in solution positioning.
• Skilled in acquiring new accounts.
• Competence in sales pipeline and forecast management.
• Ability to adhere to the SACHEM Way with integrity, respect, and trust.

• Willingness to travel 25% – 50% of the time.
