This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Formulate account strategies and plans that align with brand goals and retailer ambitions.
β’ Cultivate relationships with retailer merchants, planners, business managers, digital teams, and visual merchandising partners.
β’ Convey account strategies, operational practices, trade calendars, significant events, and priorities to internal stakeholders.
β’ Lead the follow-up process after retailer meetings and requests.
β’ Take ownership of retail and E-Retail sales objectives for designated U.S. accounts.
β’ Create and share seasonal trade calendars and commercial strategies.
β’ Enhance brand visibility across retailer digital platforms.
β’ Evaluate sales performance, competitive actions, and the effectiveness of brand exposure.
β’ Oversee daily account operations and the execution of corporate programs.
β’ Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and site-merchandising assets.
β’ Maintain account calendars, confirmations, demonstration agreements, and necessary documentation.
β’ Organize cross-functional meetings and relay updates on account initiatives and statuses.
β’ Monitor E-Retail orders and troubleshoot execution challenges.
β’ Supervise inventory levels and stock composition by account and location.
β’ Allocate promotional items strategically by location.
β’ Track retail sales, invoiced turnover, and maintain account reporting.
β’ Share insights on retailer learnings, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-Retail, Education, Field Sales, Visual Merchandising, Supply Planning, and retailer teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in account management, retail planning, or commercial roles within luxury beauty, fragrance, or a similar premium consumer sector.
β’ Proficiency in English is mandatory.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
β’ Familiarity with retailer portals, sales reporting, and digital asset or content management tools.
β’ Capability to develop account plans, execute retail events and programs, analyze sales and inventory, manage allocations and orders, and navigate department store and specialty retail practices.
β’ Commercially focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable to changes.
β’ Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information.
β’ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as business needs require.
