This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Meet sales objectives for the Immunology portfolio by driving market share expansion and achieving key performance indicators within the designated area.
• Implement franchise and corporate brand strategies and tactics within specified customer segments.
• Influence healthcare decision-makers by utilizing clinical and business acumen, effective selling techniques, targeted sales communications, approved medical literature, and therapeutic dialogues.
• Execute localized marketing strategies and build relationships with key influencers in healthcare provider networks.
• Secure access to and promote products in targeted Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology teaching institutions, hospitals, and clinics.
• Forge long-lasting business connections with residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Align academic sales strategies with team members to optimize sales within assigned institutions.
• Promote product access, acceptance, and utilization in targeted academic environments.
• Develop, implement, and assess strategies for Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Formulate, execute, and evaluate business plans for the assigned institutions.
• Advocate for collaboration across the marketplace both internally and externally.
• Maintain accurate call reporting, ensure safe driving, manage expense reports, and represent the company at scientific conventions and educational events.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• At least eight (8) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, with a minimum of five (5) years in specialty sales.
• A valid driver's license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States is necessary.
• Willingness to travel, which may include weekends and/or overnight stays.
• Preferred working knowledge of reimbursement, payer, provider, and infusion operations.
• Preferred working knowledge of immunology and/or gastroenterology.
• Prior experience in navigating complex reimbursement challenges is preferred.
• A strong learning inclination towards AI/Tech and emerging technologies is preferred.
