Key Account Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance and service to clients in the area

• Operate in a technical environment focused on customer service

• Analyze production processes in industries that heavily utilize water

• Apply knowledge related to paper manufacturing when applicable

• Frequently travel to serve clients

• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably located in Navarra and surrounding areas

• Ideally, but not limited to, a degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field, chemistry, or biology

• A minimum of 3 years of experience is desirable

• Experience in sales within industries that heavily utilize water, such as the paper, food, or petrochemical industries

• Sales experience and knowledge of paper manufacturing are valued

• Intermediate level of English is essential

• Knowledge of analyzing production processes in water-utilizing industries is valued

• Familiarity with safety protocols and working in an industrial environment is appreciated

• High mobility and availability for travel to serve clients in the area
