This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Installs, conducts technical maintenance on, and troubleshoots product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.
• Executes scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and additional services on products within a designated area.
• Confirms product functionality, resolves issues, and/or escalates them in accordance with established protocols.
• Organizes services and completes the necessary documentation.
• Collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product usage.
• Employs diagnostic tools to identify and resolve hardware and software failures.
• Carries out component-level hardware repairs.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
• Configures and installs relevant software.
• Performs preventive maintenance in line with documented procedures.
• Restocks consumables as directed.
• Installs, moves, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R).
• Trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Engages in implementing strategies to meet agreed-upon KPIs.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
• High school diploma.
• Active CFT registration.
• Valid driver's license.
• Personal vehicle.
• Technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related field.
• Availability to work in Porto Alegre and surrounding areas.
