This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Installs and conducts technical maintenance on, as well as troubleshoots, product and component hardware and software, mainly at customer locations.
• Carries out scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and additional services on products within a designated area.
• Confirms that products are operating correctly, addresses issues, and/or escalates them following established protocols.
• Arranges service calls, completes necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product usage.
• Utilizes diagnostic tools to identify and resolve hardware and software failures.
• Executes component-level hardware repairs.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
• Configures and installs relevant software.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and routine checks in alignment with documented procedures.
• Restocks consumables as directed.
• Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R).
• Educates and trains customers on the operation and usage of installed hardware and software.
• Engages in regular training for hardware and software.
• Contributes to the implementation of strategies to meet agreed-upon KPIs.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
• High school diploma.
• Active CFT registration.
• Valid driver's license.
• Personal vehicle.
• Technical education in electronics, electrical technology, or a related discipline.
• Availability to work in Cascavel and nearby cities.
