This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee escalated technical cases from frontline support teams.
• Validate data, conduct in-depth analysis, and establish corrective measures.
• Deliver both remote and on-site assistance to dealers and technical personnel.
• Guarantee timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
• Generate organized technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Track activity KPIs, including case aging, recurrence, and first-time fix rates.
• Signal early warnings related to product or process challenges.
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and promote best practices.
• Aid in the continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops.
• Offer field support, particularly concerning electrical buses.
• Solid automotive technical knowledge with experience in diagnostics and complex repairs within a dealer, workshop, or OEM setting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to pinpoint root causes and recurring vehicle problems.
• Competence in translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear instructions for workshops.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capability to articulate complex technical subjects in an understandable manner.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, logical, and curious approach.
