This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Responsible for the installation, debugging, and technical maintenance of hardware and software for products and components, mainly at customer locations.
• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, along with minor repairs on products within a specified area of responsibility.
• Evaluates products to ensure proper operation, addresses identified issues, and/or escalates requests to higher levels of support.
• Organizes service appointments, completes necessary documentation, and engages with customers.
• Utilizes diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
• Carries out component-level hardware repairs.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical components as needed.
• Configures and installs relevant software applications.
• Executes preventive maintenance and replenishes consumable supplies.
• Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R).
• Provides instruction and training to customers on the operation and use of installed products.
• Engages in implementing strategies to meet established KPIs.
• Supports special projects as assigned.
• Completed technical education (required) in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least relevant experience as a field service technician.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with DN fleet standards.
• Active CFT registration (required).
• Must be a resident of Goiânia, GO.
