Automotive Flying Doctor Technician, Freelancer Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee escalated technical cases from front-line support, validate information, conduct in-depth analyses, and determine corrective measures.

• Deliver both remote and on-site assistance to dealers and technical teams to guarantee prompt and efficient vehicle repairs.

• Generate clear and organized technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, emphasizing risks, trends, and areas for enhancement.

• Track activity KPIs such as case aging, recurrence, and fix-it-right-first-time, and identify early warning signs of product or process issues.

• Contribute to the development of the technical knowledge base and establish best practices.

• Aid in the ongoing improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops.

• Provide on-site technical assistance, particularly regarding electrical buses, throughout Serbia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repairs (dealer, workshop, or OEM environment).

• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to pinpoint root causes and recurring issues in vehicles.

• Proficient in translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; capable of explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.

• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, logical and inquisitive mindset, able to function in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Must reside in Serbia; applications are welcome from all over Serbia.
