Key Account Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning and award to final delivery.

• Ensure projects are finalized on schedule and meet or surpass customer expectations.

• Work closely with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource distributions.

• Recognize, communicate, and take proactive steps to mitigate project risks and challenges.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.

• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders regarding project status.

• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational standards.

• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the project team.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or a comparable leadership position.

• Proven track record of successfully managing intricate, cross-functional projects.

• Capability to effectively handle multiple (~5) projects at the same time.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to project sites and client locations.

• Possession of a Project Management Certificate (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

• Experience in sectors such as engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or technology.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment.

• Experience in implementing and utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to boost project efficiency.

• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

• Must be authorized to work full-time in the applicable country without employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future.
