This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Identify appropriate cities, municipalities, and municipal utility companies, and engage with key decision-makers.
β’ Establish new partnerships with public-sector organizations and enhance existing relationships.
β’ Present infrastructure and collaboration models to public administrations and municipal councils.
β’ Identify suitable streetlights, lighting poles, public spaces, and additional infrastructure.
β’ Prepare proposals and documents for decision-making.
β’ Oversee cooperation models and lead contract negotiations through to completion.
β’ Facilitate collaboration among municipalities, municipal utility companies, mobile network operators, and internal teams.
β’ Document agreements and outline next steps.
β’ Monitor municipal developments, network expansion initiatives, and funding opportunities.
β’ Record acquisition activities in the CRM system and prepare forecasts and reports.
β’ Represent 5G-Synergiewerk at industry conferences and networking events while establishing new contacts.
β’ A university degree or equivalent commercial or technical qualification.
β’ A minimum of three years of experience in sales, key account management, or site acquisition.
β’ Proven experience in acquiring new customers or partners.
β’ Experience in managing prolonged sales and decision-making processes.
β’ Ability to align and reconcile varying interests.
β’ Experience working with cities, municipalities, municipal utility companies, or public-sector clients is advantageous.
β’ Background in consulting and negotiation.
β’ Understanding of technical and infrastructure-related interdependencies.
β’ A structured, reliable, and independent working style.
β’ Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
β’ Fluent in German with strong negotiation skills.
β’ Good command of English.
β’ Willingness to travel within Germany.
β’ Industry knowledge in telecommunications, mobile communications, fiber-optic networks, energy, or infrastructure is beneficial but not mandatory.
