Key Account Manager – Specialist Trade

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the revenue and profit margins of the entire DEWALT, Stanley, FACOM, and LENOX product lines within the designated sales segment.

• Strategically cultivate relationships with key dealers and those with high potential.

• Secure new partnerships within the tool and specialized building materials sectors.

• Formulate national and regional sales strategies and execute them in collaboration with Sales Management.

• Develop and implement initiatives aimed at acquiring new dealers with high potential.

• Collaborate closely with relevant specialist departments to ensure comprehensive and sustainable customer support.

• Lead presentations and manage complex contract negotiations.

• Organize and facilitate product and brand training specific to dealers.

• Coordinate high-potential dealers with the National Association KAM to ensure focused market development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or commercial/technical vocational training, accompanied by substantial professional experience in sales or product management.

• Profound market knowledge in the production-supply trade, specialized building materials trade, or construction equipment trade.

• Demonstrated experience in acquiring new customers and developing strategies for new customer acquisition.

• Strong technical acumen.

• Exceptional negotiation capabilities.

• Solid understanding of contract management.

• Experience in target group analysis and technical product selection.

• Strategic and conceptual mindset.

• Methodical approach to work.

• Confident communication skills across various organizational levels.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Goal-oriented, collaborative, and capable of inspiring others.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience in presenting to larger decision-making bodies.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
