This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Optimize BeOne products across the regions of Berlin, Brandenburg, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
• Execute the marketing strategy and meet specified sales objectives within an established budget.
• Provide support and guidance to key account clients.
• Enhance BeOne's image, brand recognition, and presence in the immune-oncology sector.
• Deliver scientific and distribution expertise to hospital pharmacists and medical professionals specializing in immune-oncology.
• Assume responsibility for achieving regional sales targets and qualitative performance metrics.
• Create, implement, and execute commercial initiatives aimed at improving patient care with key partners.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Customer Engagement, and other pertinent departments on drug distribution and implementation efforts.
• Plan and conduct local symposia and workshops.
• Engage in and offer customer support at local, national, and international conferences and symposia.
• Ensure adherence to BeOne's standards of conduct, ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations.
• Degree in life sciences (university or college) or equivalent professional experience, including pharmacy and health economics.
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience as a commercial representative in the oncology and hospital sector or similar roles.
• Desirable expertise in pricing-based differentiation and distribution within hospital markets.
• Specialized knowledge and network in (immuno)oncology, particularly concerning key clients in relevant indications, especially in immune-oncology/PD1 inhibition.
• Understanding of drug distribution structures and channels, with an emphasis on hospitals and hospital pharmacies.
• Strong alignment with BeOne's values and corporate mission.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Highly motivated, solution-focused, and possessing a positive mindset.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development (on-the-job, through coaching & training).
• Proven success in a small but rapidly growing, entrepreneurial commercial setting.
• Demonstrated skills in marketing, project management, and digital competencies.
• Success-driven and service-oriented thinking and working, with strong implementation capabilities.
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level; fluent or native in German.
• Willingness to travel (minimum 60% customer-facing activities) and possess a valid driver’s license.
