This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Create and implement territory business strategies that drive sales results in Nuclear Medicine and imaging centers.
• Focus on high-impact opportunities and utilize performance dashboards to carry out actionable sales initiatives.
• Evaluate local customers, payers, competitors, stakeholders, and sales trends.
• Identify and secure contracts with new imaging customers while enhancing product utilization.
• Renew existing contracts and assist with formulary approvals.
• Develop and follow customer call plans, addressing any issues or concerns from customers.
• Onboard new customers by providing education and training on the appropriate use of PYLARIFY.
• Conduct presentations for SNMMI VOICE credits, in-services, and speaker programs.
• Facilitate national account opportunities through first dose administration.
• Promote PYLARIFY in accordance with the approved prescribing information.
• Build relationships with PET readers and maintain ongoing communication with key opinion leaders in Nuclear Medicine/Medical Imaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Physician Liaisons, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Customer Excellence, PMFs, and other relevant teams.
• Provide market insights regarding patient and disease management, competing technologies, reimbursement, and product usage trends.
• Identify reimbursement challenges and work alongside Market Access to address these issues.
• Generate sales leads and opportunities for AI demonstrations.
• Uphold a compliant and ethical culture while promoting Lantheus products.
• Complete additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Report directly to the Nuclear Medicine Regional Sales Director.
• A minimum of 4 years of contracting experience with healthcare organizations.
• Strong skills in influencing and negotiation.
• Ability to analytically evaluate and communicate business performance, goal achievement, resource allocation, and commercial operations that affect product sales.
• Experience in developing Key Account Plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to convey complex or technical information to clinical, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and achieving results on time.
• Strong management skills in ambiguous environments.
• Effective collaboration abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to operate at a peer level with experienced technical and commercial experts.
• Must adhere to Ethics and Compliance policies.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with over 5 years of proven sales success in Nuclear Medicine Diagnostic and Radioligand Therapy, or 5+ years in urology, oncology, imaging, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, or another complex specialty sales environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of clinical and/or technical disciplines related to PET/CT Imaging and PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred).
• Experience as a speaker for SNMMI or a similar trade organization (preferred).
• Experience conducting live in-services on product utilization (preferred).
• Experience working with Market Access and Medical Science Liaisons (preferred).
• This is a field-based role requiring regular overnight travel of up to approximately 60% and occasional weekend work.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
