This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advocate for PYLARIFY, a PSMA-targeted PET imaging agent utilized for identifying PSMA-positive lesions in men diagnosed with prostate cancer.
• Expand the Nuclear Medicine business within a designated geographical area.
• Manage the entire customer experience from identifying accounts and contracting to onboarding, education, and continuous growth.
• Collaborate with physicians, nuclear medicine professionals, department heads, administrators, purchasing teams, and other stakeholders across individual sites and integrated delivery networks.
• Liaise with internal partners and pharmacy manufacturing facilities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Create territory and key account strategies to meet sales, access, utilization, and profitability objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians, nuclear medicine leaders, technologists, department directors, administrators, supply chain, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new imaging customers and spearhead local contracting and renewals.
• Navigate formulary, procurement, and implementation processes.
• Onboard and instruct new sites on the approved usage of PYLARIFY through in-services and presentations.
• Leverage market, customer, payer, competitive, and performance data to prioritize opportunities and modify territory plans.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Market Access, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs, Marketing, pharmacy manufacturing facilities, and other internal teams.
• Recognize reimbursement or access hurdles and coordinate internal resources to address these challenges.
• Represent Lantheus and endorse PYLARIFY in a compliant, ethical, and patient-centered manner.
• Report directly to the Nuclear Medicine Regional Sales Director.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, urology, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or another complex specialty market within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors.
• Proven experience selling directly to healthcare providers and decision-makers.
• Experience in developing business across individual sites and integrated delivery networks or health systems.
• Background in healthcare contracting and negotiation, including new agreements, renewals, or product-access arrangements.
• Strong clinical and business insight.
• Ability to convey complex technical and economic information to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Documented success in creating account plans, analyzing territory performance, prioritizing opportunities, and delivering results in a complex sales environment.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
• Commitment to ethical, compliant business practices and fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
• Routine domestic and overnight travel is required, up to 50% based on the assigned geography.
• Preferred: experience in oncology, urology, or a related specialty field.
• Preferred: experience with PET/CT imaging, radiopharmaceuticals, radioligand therapy, or prostate cancer care.
• Preferred: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) with a record of commercial or business development success.
• Preferred: experience with large health systems, academic medical centers, imaging networks, or IDN contracting structures.
• Preferred: experience in delivering clinical in-services and product training.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners within highly matrixed organizations.
