This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Drive the sell-in and sell-out sales for JBL and Harman/Kardon Consumer Audio products at the wholesale and outlet level across Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
• Manage and enhance strategic relationships with key clients, retail partners, and other regional customers.
• Take ownership of Finnish commercial performance, focusing on revenue growth, margin, and forecast accuracy.
• Define and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with Nordic priorities.
• Monitor category performance, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and profitability metrics.
• Lead strategic account management and collaborative business planning.
• Act as the primary commercial contact and trusted advisor for regional customers.
• Design and execute regional sales account plans.
• Analyze sales results to enhance forecast accuracy and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales Support, and Business Administration teams on account and distribution relationships, as well as new business development initiatives.
• Monitor and manage customer stock levels in coordination with the centralized supply chain.
• Coordinate regional activities and share best practices across markets.
• Track competitive trends and market developments, proposing strategies for growth.
• Manage merchandising and promotional support in conjunction with the marketing department.
• Create and implement marketing activities focused on driving sell-out.
• Optimize product mix to enhance sales, volume, and brand performance.
• Escalate order-related issues to the Sales Support team.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience within the Consumer Electronics or high-tech industries, or at a relevant customer.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• A strong understanding of or affinity for the Finnish and Baltic consumer electronics markets, including customers and key players.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.
• Familiarity with modern sales analytical tools and stock replenishment processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and market dynamics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends is advantageous.
• Willingness to work from a home office and travel up to 50% of the time.
