Key Account Manager – Nordics, Baltics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Drive sales for Consumer Audio products at both wholesale and outlet levels within Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

• Take ownership of commercial performance in Finland, focusing on revenue growth, margin enhancement, and forecast accuracy.

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with Nordic priorities.

• Monitor category performance across sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and profitability metrics.

• Lead strategic account management and collaborate on business planning with key retail partners and customers.

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary commercial contact for regional clients.

• Create and execute regional sales account plans.

• Analyze sales outcomes, enhance forecast accuracy, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Lead contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

• Manage relationships with accounts and distribution, coordinating with Supply Chain, Sales Support, and Business Administration teams.

• Oversee customer stock levels in conjunction with a centralized supply chain.

• Coordinate regional activities and disseminate best practices across various markets.

• Track competitive trends and market developments, proposing strategies for growth.

• Manage merchandising and promotional support in partnership with the marketing department.

• Develop and implement marketing activities focused on sell-out initiatives.

• Optimize product mix to enhance sales, volume, and brand performance.

• Serve as the escalation point for order-related issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience in the Consumer Electronics or high-tech sectors, or with a relevant client.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong understanding of the Finnish and Baltic Consumer Electronics markets, including key customers and players.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to travel within the region as required.

• Familiarity with modern sales analytics and stock replenishment tools.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office applications.

• Openness to work from a home office and travel up to 50% of the time.
