Key Account Manager, Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conducting effective promotional activities for assigned products within the designated territory.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments.

• Achieving set sales targets.

• Participating in additional company projects.

• Implementing the marketing strategy using promotional materials.

• Monitoring competitive market activities and sharing information with the team and supervisors.

• Actively tracking tenders in all hospitals within the work territory.

• Regularly overseeing contract utilization in hospitals based on publicly available information and NFZ reports.

• Executing the promotional budget.

• Collaborating with external clients and engaging them in company projects.

• Co-organizing promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses in the region and supporting central activities.

• Processing documentation, information, and communication with clients.

• Preparing the Regional Business Plan and discussing it with the supervisor.

• Being open to structural changes resulting from strategy adjustments.

• Timely accounting for expenses and initiating actions in required systems in accordance with compliance guidelines.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proficiency in working with medication programs.

• Strong communication skills.

• Medical-product knowledge and market awareness.

• Territory and client management skills.

• Higher education qualification.

• Proficient in English.

• Valid driver's license.
