This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans for key centers and regional networks that align with national commercial goals.
• Establish trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, specialist centers, academic hospitals, and multidisciplinary care teams within the designated region.
• Conduct high-quality scientific and product discussions that promote appropriate patient care.
• Identify customer requirements and coordinate Mirum resources and solutions to enhance appropriate patient care.
• Continuously evaluate regional account opportunities utilizing customer insights, market intelligence, and business data.
• Assist in account-readiness initiatives by pinpointing awareness, diagnostic pathway, and referral-process gaps within priority accounts and regional networks.
• Provide compliant field insights to facilitate market development, account readiness, and future launch strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant disease states, treatment landscapes, and Mirum’s product offerings.
• Exhibit accountability for territory performance while consistently adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.
• Positively contribute to a collaborative Mirum culture by sharing best practices and fostering team success.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• A proven history of achieving results in specialty care or rare disease markets.
• Demonstrated success in supporting product launches, growth, or market development activities in complex healthcare settings.
• Preferred experience in liver disease, rare diseases, gastrointestinal (GI), hepatology, or related specialty fields.
• Understanding of strategic account management, regional healthcare frameworks, and the German healthcare landscape.
• A strong commitment to compliance, ethical business practices, and appropriate scientific exchange.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight trips.
• Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to read, comprehend, and communicate scientific and business information in English.
• Strong strategic account thinking, prioritization, and follow-through capabilities.
• Effective skills in influencing, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
