This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Build and maintain high-quality relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the territory.
• Create referral networks that encompass hospital, outpatient, and office-based environments.
• Communicate the value of the portfolio through direct, remote, and digital interactions.
• Collaborate with the Medical team on regional initiatives and activities involving healthcare professionals.
• Oversee account planning, segmentation, targeting, and the development of local account strategies.
• Assist with regional contracting efforts and tailor contract models to meet local requirements.
• Assess market trends and competitor actions to guide negotiation strategies.
• Adapt to an agile work environment and prioritize according to account needs.
• Enhance account performance and manage regional contracting activities for the hematology portfolio.
• Work together with Medical colleagues, pharmacists, hospital partners, and commercial teams.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification for sales professionals is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales is necessary.
• Familiarity with the German healthcare system and regional market frameworks is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing data, customer relationship management systems, and various business platforms.
• Adherence to relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations, including the EFPIA Code or VFA Pharmakodex.
• Fluency in German and a competent working knowledge of English are required.
• Capability to independently manage a large territory with frequent travel is necessary.
• Strong skills in customer engagement, negotiation, and communication are essential.
• A high level of integrity and ethical conduct in all professional interactions is expected.
• Preference for candidates with hematology sales experience and an established professional network.
• Experience in supporting contract negotiations with hospitals, purchasing groups, or payers is preferred.
• Prior experience in product launches is advantageous.
