This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Build and maintain high-quality relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the territory.
• Create referral networks that encompass hospitals, outpatient facilities, and office-based environments.
• Communicate portfolio value propositions through in-person, remote, and digital interactions.
• Collaborate with Medical on regional initiatives and healthcare professional engagements.
• Oversee account planning, segmentation, targeting, and the development of local account strategies.
• Assist in regional contracting efforts and tailor contract models to meet local requirements.
• Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to guide negotiation strategies.
• Adapt priorities to align with account needs in a dynamic environment.
• Propel account performance and regional contracting initiatives for the hematology portfolio.
• Work in partnership with Medical colleagues, pharmacists, hospital stakeholders, and commercial teams.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification recognized for sales professionals.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• Familiarity with the German healthcare system and regional market dynamics.
• Proficient in utilizing data, customer relationship management tools, and various business systems.
• Knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations, including the EFPIA Code or VFA Pharmakodex.
• Proficiency in German and a good working knowledge of English.
• Capability to manage a large territory autonomously with frequent travel.
• Excellent customer engagement, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• High ethical standards and integrity in all professional interactions.
• Preferred experience in hematology sales and a pre-existing network.
• Experience in supporting negotiations for hospital, purchasing group, or payer contracts is preferred.
• Experience with product launches is preferred.
