This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture scientific relationships with healthcare professionals in the hematology-oncology field.

• Create and refine account plans informed by market insights and critical data.

• Implement marketing strategies that align with territory and account priorities.

• Achieve sales objectives through efficient management of territory budgets.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to meet common business goals.

• Provide peer coaching to sales colleagues and disseminate best practices throughout the team.

• Participate in special projects, events, and strategic business initiatives.

• Support operations in Austria and Switzerland as a member of the Commercial Oncology team.

• Engage in frequent travel across Austria and Switzerland, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.

• Successfully completed the "Pharmareferentenprüfung" or an equivalent academic credential.

• 8-10+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sales.

• At least five years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.

• Prior experience in biologics and oncology-related disease areas.

• Extensive experience in oncology and/or hematology across various disease categories.

• In-depth knowledge of the Austrian and Swiss healthcare systems and market frameworks.

• Established connections with pertinent healthcare professionals.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance codes and promotional regulations.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Strong skills in customer engagement, presentation, planning, and organization.

• Ability to work autonomously and implement strategic and tactical plans under tight deadlines.

• High standards of integrity, ethical behavior, and effective communication skills.

• Preparedness for frequent travel across Austria and Switzerland.

• Preferred experience in Multiple Myeloma, Follicular Lymphoma, and/or DLBCL.

• Preferred experience working in Austria and Switzerland.
