Key Account Manager – Event Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance strategic client accounts.

• Recognize opportunities to fortify partnerships and propel revenue growth.

• Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the client experience.

• Transform newly acquired North American accounts into lasting partnerships by fostering trust at the VP and C-level.

• Discover avenues to expand client work.

• Oversee account planning, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.

• Balance client value with egg's commercial objectives.

• Generate new business prospects in North America leveraging egg's European and global client base.

• Collaborate with Key Account Directors to facilitate introductions and initiate new dialogues.

• Track account performance, financial metrics, and profitability.

• Utilize data and insights to inform decisions and pinpoint opportunities.

• Contribute to enhancing egg's visibility in North America.

• Direct cross-functional teams in a dynamic, client-centric environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing and expanding key client accounts within an event, experiential, communications, or creative agency setting.

• Demonstrated capability to cultivate trusted client relationships and identify avenues for account expansion.

• Strong commercial insight, including experience with budget management, profitability, and contract negotiations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.

• Proficient in leveraging data, insights, and reporting to inform client and commercial strategies.

• Capable of understanding and managing a P&L, while maintaining a positive relationship with the Finance team.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience working across different markets and cultures.

• Bonus: Experience with clients from North America and Europe.
