This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +10 more states.
β’ Implement the Early Intervention strategy and oversee relationship management in the designated geographic area.
β’ Manage key accounts while developing and nurturing relationships with hospitals, clinics, GPOs, IDNs, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
β’ Collaborate with the FSO to create and execute customized sales strategies for key accounts.
β’ Identify new business opportunities and ensure appropriate visibility for relevant stakeholders.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for administrative staff at key accounts.
β’ Keep track of industry trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements.
β’ Oversee contract compliance and account performance, conducting regular business reviews.
β’ Participate in or lead negotiations regarding contracts and pricing agreements.
β’ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
β’ Work in collaboration with FSO, Marketing, Market Access & Pricing, and other departments.
β’ Foster customer loyalty and assure long-term partnership success.
β’ Enhance pricing and contracting strategies, support data-driven decision-making, and optimize gross profit performance.
β’ Coordinate and influence strategic planning with Early Intervention leadership and internal J&J business partners.
β’ Report directly to the Area Sales Director.
β’ A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
β’ At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in Pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare market, covering industry trends, customer dynamics, and legal compliance requirements.
β’ Proven experience in successful customer negotiations that met or surpassed all business objectives.
β’ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex negotiation scenarios.
β’ Experience in crafting strategic contracting proposals and effectively executing customer negotiations.
β’ Financial acumen, particularly in understanding gross profit, erosion, pricing implications, and inventory management.
β’ Experience in a highly matrixed environment, influencing various stakeholder groups with an enterprise perspective.
β’ Ability to process multiple, complex, and often conflicting information to develop an actionable contract strategy.
β’ Robust analytical skills.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to manage constructive conflict.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
β’ Must reside within the designated geography.
