This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a portfolio of key automotive dealership service centers to enhance Sunbit utilization.
• Concentrate on service-lane adoption, customer conversion, and revenue optimization.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Fixed Ops leaders, including Service Managers, Directors, Advisors, and BDC teams.
• Comprehend dealership workflows and align Sunbit with operational requirements.
• Evaluate performance and revenue data to uncover usage trends, adoption gaps, advisor effectiveness, and coaching opportunities.
• Set monthly objectives with dealership leadership and service advisors.
• Align on expectations for Sunbit usage, customer presentation standards, and service department performance metrics.
• Conduct data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews that include performance results, ROI, adoption trends, and suggested action steps.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers on growth strategies and on-site engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and document account activities in the CRM, including visits, training sessions, advisor engagement, escalations, and performance metrics.
• Provide insights to internal teams regarding partner needs, operational challenges, competitive intelligence, and Fixed Ops trends.
• Offer ongoing training and coaching to service center teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 4 years of field sales or account management experience working with automotive dealerships or in Fixed Ops environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and implement processes, particularly when introducing or scaling technology solutions.
• Strong analytical skills in business and finance.
• Capability to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and execute data-driven action plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting to service center leadership.
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Solid project management skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
• Willingness to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a large, multi-location account portfolio.
