This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of retailer onboarding, launch planning, and critical path management from account setup to live trading.
• Oversee retailer setup requirements, which include product details, pricing, packaging information, barcodes, imagery, product descriptions, specifications, delivery guidelines, promotional arrangements, and portal entries.
• Manage daily retail account relationships, addressing retailer inquiries, risks, challenges, decisions, and necessary follow-ups.
• Monitor trading performance metrics such as sales, sales velocity, availability, stock levels, promotional outcomes, placement, distribution, complaints, and retailer reporting.
• Transform performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams on promotions, retailer initiatives, in-store execution, and opportunities for account growth.
• Lead future retailer negotiations while preparing commercial inputs, trading terms, operational needs, and follow-up actions.
• Assist with forecasting, order tracking, stock visibility, and service risk management.
• Support selected key commercial partnerships through partner follow-ups, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Develop scalable account management processes, templates, and playbooks for expansion into additional retailers and channels.
• Work in partnership with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Growth, Product, Quality, Customer Operations, Creative teams, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers.
• Proven experience in managing retail accounts, key accounts, commercial operations, or retail operations activities.
• Ideally experienced within the FMCG/CPG, grocery, health and wellness, food, supplements, or consumer products sectors.
• Familiarity with the UK retail landscape, preferably across grocery, high street, or consumer health and wellness channels.
• Proficient in managing critical paths, retailer systems, portal administration, product setup, trading terms, promotional calendars, and cross-functional launch preparedness.
• Understanding of forecasting inputs, order and stock tracking, trading performance reporting, availability, sales velocity, promotions, and operational factors influencing commercial decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate internal teams, external partners, and retailer requirements effectively.
• Ability to leverage performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and subsequent actions related to sales, stock, placement, replenishment, pricing, and promotions.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the capacity to balance commercial aspirations with operational necessities.
