This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Foster strong relationships with broker members and insurer partners to enhance growth and engagement.
• Identify and cultivate commercial prospects that provide value to both members and partners.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact, offering support, guidance, and effective solutions.
• Advocate for the network’s products, services, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to aid in member retention, development, and new business expansion.
• Participate in meetings, events, and networking activities to strengthen relationships and broaden the portfolio.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at business improvement and broader strategic projects.
• Assist in the growth and success of member brokers by promoting insurer partnerships and facilitating business opportunities.
• Aid members in maximizing the benefits provided by the network.
• Address challenges, enhance engagement, and pinpoint business development and growth opportunities.
• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in broking, underwriting, account management, or business development.
• Strong comprehension of the insurance market and broker distribution channels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Willingness to travel.
• CII qualifications or progress towards obtaining them (desirable).
• Familiarity with broker management systems and management information tools (desirable).
• Field-based position with car allowance.
