This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Manage relationships and commercial success for key wholesale accounts
• Drive profitable growth and strive towards targeted objectives
• Nurture and expand customer relationships while establishing trust-based partnerships
• Create and implement account strategies and promotional initiatives
• Support the execution of the annual business plan
• Lead customer training programs and deliver product education on OASIS® Floral Products and associated brands
• Provide monthly performance reports for accounts and prepare content for quarterly business reviews, including future plans and forecasts
• Represent the company at significant trade shows and market events
• Collect competitive and market intelligence
• Utilize Excel/Power BI reports and other data sources to pinpoint growth opportunities, identify areas for improvement, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance teams
• Achieve or surpass sales, margin, and new product launch objectives
• Ensure forecast accuracy and communicate demand signals effectively
• Manage budgets for travel, entertainment, samples, and trade shows
• Exhibit adaptability to shifts in customer/industry dynamics and internal changes
• Promote continuous improvement in account processes, reporting quality, and customer satisfaction
• Safeguard confidential information and act in alignment with the company's strategy
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business or a related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in sales and key account management, preferably in wholesale/distribution
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, presentation, and account planning
• Lean Selling mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong preference for Power BI proficiency
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time, including some weekends during peak event seasons
• Customer-focused, organized, and responsive
• Eager to learn and possesses a strong aptitude for product and technical training
• Ability to convert data into straightforward actions
• Commercial awareness regarding pricing, margin, and promotion effectiveness
• Comfortable in coaching and training customer teams
• Experienced in program/solution selling and maintaining a portfolio mindset
• Must successfully pass a drug screening upon acceptance of a job offer
