This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Promote Copiktra and other authorized medications in a fair and consistent manner, in line with approved indications.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the on-label application of Copiktra utilizing sanctioned promotional materials.
• Create and implement territory business plans that align with corporate strategic goals.
• Conduct monthly business reviews, analyze progress, identify opportunities and risks, and make data-driven adjustments.
• Achieve on-label sales growth while meeting sales targets and performance metrics.
• Monitor operating expenses and manage the territory budget effectively.
• Identify key decision-makers within practice settings.
• Deliver promotional presentations, informational in-services, and educational programs.
• Support the commercial presence at relevant medical congresses within the territory.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons and Medical Affairs contacts to address customer inquiries.
• Work together with Market Development, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams.
• Adhere to Secura Bio policies and relevant laws.
• Report directly to the VP of US Sales, Market Access, and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• An advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or a related discipline) is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in engaging with Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, and/or oncology practices.
• Experience in launching new products or marketing products in competitive environments.
• Ability to comprehend, retain, and convey complex clinical, efficacy, and safety data.
• Strong understanding of oncology/hematology disease states and treatment paradigms.
• Capability to engage in scientific discussions with highly trained medical professionals.
• Experience in strategic territory planning and business plan development.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate territory opportunities and monitor performance metrics.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations (FDA, PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines).
• Commitment to ethical selling practices and promoting products within approved indications.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing).
• Willingness to work in the State of Florida and Puerto Rico.
• Overnight travel within the territory, to conferences, training sessions, and sales meetings will be required.
