This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Build, nurture, and strengthen customer relationships at both regional and national levels.
• Enhance company visibility, value, effectiveness, and profitability through the successful execution of sales promotion initiatives.
• Collect customer feedback, convert it into pertinent market insights, and communicate these insights to the broader team and management.
• Frequently engage with customers through product presentations and educational initiatives.
• Organize and lead regional educational events.
• Represent Santen at international conferences.
• Manage key account relationships within the assigned territory.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights, track market trends, regional performance, and the competitive landscape.
• Utilize Santen’s CRM, dashboards, reporting, and incentive systems to oversee customer segmentation and targeting, assess regional performance, track sales targets and KPIs, and identify performance gaps along with corrective measures.
• Collaborate with the Baltic Sales Manager and Head of Baltics.
• Propel sales growth and regional productivity while supporting cluster, country, and EMEA projects and action plans.
• Maintain robust medical and commercial knowledge, staying updated with relevant policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Timely completion of required administrative tasks.
• Report adverse events to the Santen Oy Pharmacovigilance Unit.
• Communicate quality complaints and other quality-related matters to the Santen Oy Quality Assurance department.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, especially in prescription-driven promotion.
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing functions.
• Strong orientation towards customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capacity to establish successful relationships with customers and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in transforming customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market research into commercially viable insights.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong dedication to enhancing market performance.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience in assessing regional performance and market trends using various data sources, CRM systems, dashboards, and IT applications like MS Excel.
• Polytechnic degree, Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification in Medical or Commercial education.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and capacity to undertake significant domestic and international travel, including occasional work outside regular office hours for CME and Congress activities.
• Adherence to country-specific legislation, Codes of Conduct, Santen policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
