Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance key customer accounts through effective virtual interaction.

• Cultivate relationships with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Community Pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors, and Public Health stakeholders.

• Provide compliant education on products and disease areas related to tobacco dependency and smoking cessation.

• Identify opportunities within accounts and formulate customized business plans to foster growth.

• Collect market insights and relay customer feedback to internal teams.

• Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to optimize account performance.

• Aid in the expansion of a top-tier smoking cessation and nicotine replacement portfolio across essential healthcare accounts.

• Promote awareness, recommendations, and the adoption of evidence-based smoking cessation solutions.

• Assist healthcare professionals in supporting patients to successfully quit smoking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management.

• Experience working independently in Primary Care or Community Healthcare settings.

• Strong skills in virtual selling and engaging stakeholders.

• Excellent commercial insight, negotiation skills, and account planning abilities.

• ABPI qualified.

• Solid understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems, and the commissioning environment.

• A degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
