Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand key customer accounts through effective virtual interactions.

• Establish strong relationships with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Community Pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors, and Public Health stakeholders.

• Provide compliant education on products and disease areas centered around tobacco dependency and smoking cessation.

• Identify account opportunities and develop customized business plans aimed at fostering growth.

• Collect market insights and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance account performance.

• Assist healthcare professionals and patients throughout their smoking cessation journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management.

• Experience operating independently in Primary Care or Community Healthcare settings.

• Proficient in virtual selling and engaging with stakeholders.

• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and account planning expertise.

• ABPI qualification is required.

• Solid understanding of the NHS, local healthcare frameworks, and commissioning processes.

• A degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
