This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Implement strategies to enhance Hunter's business within a designated territory.
• Gather and relay information relevant to business advancements to the regional team and higher management.
• Provide training, education, and specifications to key accounts, clients, developers, and governmental bodies.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, municipalities, and local government entities.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Discover new business prospects within current accounts.
• Assess market trends and deliver regular reports and insights to management.
• Implement customer training sessions, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities within the assigned territory.
• Assist in gathering data for forecasts and market research reports as necessary.
• Travel as required to meet objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree in business administration, marketing, landscape architecture, or five years of relevant industry and technical experience.
• At least three years of professional experience in business management, installation, or technical support within the irrigation or construction sectors.
• Familiarity with commercial channels, pricing, marketing, and distribution models within the industry.
• Strong specification and presentation abilities, with proven success in achieving goals.
• Capacity to articulate the features and benefits of Hunter products.
• Proficient in conducting training and educational sessions.
• Technical knowledge of both company and competitor products.
• Capability to perform field service, troubleshoot irrigation systems, and suggest solutions.
• Understanding of finance and budgeting processes.
• Competence in preparing budgets and managing expenses within financial limits.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English or regional languages.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• Readiness to travel extensively, reside in a strategic location within the territory, and work flexible hours.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the use of Windows programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and database management on a personal computer.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meet insurance requirements set by the company.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.
• Fluency in languages commonly spoken in the region, including Arabic and English.
• Understanding of regional business and cultural practices.
• Irrigation Association (IA) Level II certification, with additional Level III certifications being preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
