Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure new sales agreements for small hotel groups and independent hotels through direct interactions, negotiations, intermediaries, specialists, or distributors.

• Foster and enhance relationships with current clients and distribution partners.

• Meet and surpass sales turnover and margin goals in line with company objectives.

• Collaborate with assigned distributors to ensure compliance with contracts and smooth implementation of agreements.

• Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales efficiency.

• Coordinate and assist territorial multi-brand sales agents.

• Ensure comprehensive market coverage and consistent execution of the company's sales strategy.

• Perform market research to pinpoint new hotel openings and business prospects within small hotel groups and independent hotels.

• Located in Spain.

• In-depth understanding of the hotel ecosystem and general distribution channels.

• Proficient in the supply and distribution of hotel amenities and guest courtesy products.

• Commitment to environmental respect and sustainability principles.

• Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive, team-oriented, and results-focused mindset.

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, with occasional short trips abroad.

• Tech-savvy and skilled in Excel and online business tools.

• Ability to analyze data and refine sales strategies.

• Strong sales acumen and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English is preferable, sufficient for corporate calls and global meetings.
