This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to assigned Growth and Tier 3 client segments.
• Gain a deep understanding of client business models, remarketing goals, and market challenges.
• Create marketing plans specific to each account and act as the primary marketing contact for these accounts.
• Serve as the main marketing liaison for designated commercial accounts.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across Manheim’s auction network.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams on client initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activations that include digital, event, and location-based strategies.
• Leverage Salesforce, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools to convert data into insights and performance narratives.
• Transform campaign, buyer, and account data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare performance recaps and summaries for Sales, Field Marketing, and Key Account Marketing partners.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, marketing impact, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Data Analytics, and Corporate Marketing teams.
• Share campaign insights and performance summaries to aid in decision-making.
• Ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, adherence to brand standards, and tailored client experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, focusing on account management and campaign execution; alternative qualifications include a master’s degree with 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 10 years of experience in a related area.
• Proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and demonstrating campaign ROI.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise insights for varied audiences.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for client interactions.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt to competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Robust analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools or advanced analytics to summarize data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Availability to work on CST or EST schedules.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and visits to auction locations.
• Must reside within 60 miles of a major airport.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required.
• Preferred: degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience in the automotive, auction, fleet, rental, or remarketing industries.
• Preferred: experience with growth-stage accounts or emerging client segments.
• Preferred: proficiency in marketing analytics and data visualization tools.
