This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Enhance BeOne's products within the designated territory under the guidance of the Country Manager.
β’ Execute the marketing strategy in the region.
β’ Meet established sales and access targets while adhering to the budget for expenses.
β’ Create territory-specific strategic account plans in partnership with other departments.
β’ Provide support and guidance to key account customers in the area.
β’ Promote BeOne's image, brand, and product awareness within the heme-oncology sector.
β’ Cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders.
β’ Take ownership of regional sales and access objectives, along with qualitative performance standards, in coordination with Market Access.
β’ Design, implement, and execute commercial initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care.
β’ Plan and conduct local symposia and workshops with essential customers.
β’ Collect insights and analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities at the account level.
β’ Engage in and deliver customer support at local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
β’ Ensure adherence to ethical standards in line with BeOne's codes of conduct and relevant laws and regulations.
β’ Degree in life sciences (university, college) or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Several years of proven experience as a commercial representative in the heme-oncology sector.
β’ Strong familiarity with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
β’ Scientific educational background and experience in this or a similar role.
β’ Specialized knowledge in hematology-oncology.
β’ Strong alignment with BeOne's values and a commitment to the company.

β’ Proven track record of success in a small yet rapidly growing, entrepreneurial commercial setting.
β’ Innovative, creative, and capable of thinking outside the box.

β’ Excellent and reliable connections with opinion leaders in relevant fields; specific knowledge in lymphomas is desirable.
β’ Understanding of drug distribution structures and channels.
β’ High level of social competence and teamwork abilities.
β’ Highly motivated, solution-driven, and maintains a positive outlook.
β’ Success-, service-, and commercially-oriented mindset.
β’ Proficient computer skills, with MS Office being required.
β’ Willingness to travel.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Proficiency in both spoken and written English as well as the local language.
β’ Knowledge of another major European language is a plus.
β’ Preferred university undergraduate degree in science or business; MD, PhD, or MBA is advantageous.
β’ Approximately 60% travel requirement.
