This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Take ownership of and manage a significant Amcor account.
• Provide strategic sales direction and communication plans to maintain current business and acquire new clients.
• Execute business and marketing strategies for the designated account.
• Foster growth in share-of-wallet and achieve profitable sales increases year-over-year.
• Navigate account complexities, customer demands, negotiations, and contractual obligations.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional Amcor stakeholders.
• Assist in commercialization, onboarding, validation trials, and customer testing.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service teams.
• Oversee accounts receivable, inventory, quality, and service KPIs.
• Identify strategies to fulfill strategic unmet customer needs.
• Report on sales and marketing performance for monthly management reviews.
• Enhance forecast accuracy.
• Share insights on competition, marketing strategies, pricing frameworks, and product performance.
• Manage account planning, pipeline, profitability enhancements, and customer retention in the CRM tool.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales and general management, ideally within the packaging sector.
• Experience in a large-scale business-to-business setting.
• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.
• Skilled in negotiations.
• Understanding of pricing and profitability dynamics.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and deliverables effectively.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to delegate and achieve significant results.
• Business and financial savvy, including comprehension of P&L statements and crafting customer proposals.
• Ability to simplify complexities, build relationships, and clearly communicate customer proposals, needs, and strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
