This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Take ownership of and implement account strategies to meet sales projections and achieve revenue and profit objectives for your territory.
• Manage and enhance sales within designated Key Accounts, emphasizing revenue generation, profitability, and sustained customer development.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to uncover opportunities, broaden product offerings, generate new business, and meet sales targets.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the CCO, Marketing, Representative Groups, and internal teams to devise and implement customer strategies and initiatives.
• Guide and hold Representative Groups and independent sales agencies accountable for account strategies, company objectives, and performance outcomes.
• Track account performance, project sales, and utilize customer and market insights to recognize opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Align customer requirements from opportunity identification to execution with internal teams to resolve issues and achieve outcomes.
• Negotiate and oversee customer and agency agreements, pricing structures, programs, and terms.
• Facilitate customer meetings, sales presentations, trade shows, and other activities aimed at account expansion.
• Keep informed about customers, products, competitors, and industry developments to spot opportunities and refine strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the assigned E-Commerce, Industrial, Promotional, and Inside Sales teams.
• Contribute to the annual sales planning process, forecasting, and overall sales strategy.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding Key Accounts, ideally within consumer products, CPG, retail, or a similar sector.
• Proven history of meeting sales targets and increasing revenue, profitability, or customer engagement.
• Strong business insight, forecasting, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in building relationships and influencing customers, Representative Groups, and internal teams.
• Experience in managing and ensuring accountability of independent Representative Groups or agencies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and adept at making independent decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50% of the time.
