This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Take ownership of and implement account plans to meet sales forecasts while achieving revenue and profitability objectives for the territory.
• Manage and enhance sales within designated Key Accounts, with a focus on revenue, profitability, and sustainable customer development.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to uncover opportunities, broaden product offerings, establish new business, and meet sales targets.
• Foster robust customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the CCO, Marketing, Rep Groups, and internal teams to design and implement customer strategies and initiatives.
• Supervise and hold Rep Groups and independent sales agencies accountable for account plans, company objectives, and outcomes.
• Assess account performance, project sales, and leverage customer and market data to pinpoint opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Facilitate customer needs from opportunity identification to execution alongside internal teams to resolve issues and deliver results.
• Negotiate and oversee customer and agency agreements, pricing, programs, and terms.
• Lead customer meetings, sales presentations, trade shows, and other initiatives aimed at account growth.
• Stay informed about customers, products, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities and shape strategy.
• Provide leadership and direction for assigned E-Commerce, Industrial, Promotional, and Inside Sales teams.
• Contribute to annual sales planning, forecasting, and overarching sales strategy.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding Key Accounts, ideally within consumer products, CPG, retail, or a related field.
• Proven history of meeting sales targets and increasing revenue, profitability, or customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen, along with forecasting, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to cultivate relationships and influence customers, Rep Groups, and internal teams.
• Experience managing and holding independent Rep Groups or agencies accountable for their performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of making independent decisions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50% of the time.
